This is my 3rd year coverage for this event, everytime is a learning for me and slowly I understand about this yearly holy event celebrated by the malaysia Hindu community.

this year, like to thank ‘anerko’ low for borrowing me his workhorse 5Dmk2 and his new beloved 24mm 1.4 L. Poison indeed, guess i will get this beast as my latest collection.

another year of thaipusam, this year i will try to go difference places to continue my documentary series.

guess what, i got a loaner of poison 24mm 1.4 and also 5dmk2. not easy to use indeed for this two beasts. first i’m not familiar with new 5dmk2. 24mm is actually ‘tight’ to my shooting style.. hahaha

2009 never been so much fun for me. Many things had happened. The worst, my dad decided to leave us to a better place… this was so sudden until sometimes I still cant believe it. It will took awhile for me to let go this…

not an easy year for me, in terms of work, the news of my father, my photokaki, and many more.

with my project 100days, the project kicks off once my dad pass away. We chinese do have a believe that one should get married within 100 days else he have to wait for 3 years mourning. I decided to obligati and you might say that it sound so silly, but I’m glad that I met her. Now she is my wife… I have no regret at all…

when I took this picture of her, we are on portrait project which the story cover on the girl’s how she lost her love and the stories with it. Maybe it’s fated?

yea, silly me, during my upgrade and house keeping for my photokaki server. I accident deleted my blog’s database, means there its goes…

anyway, guess I just have to start up a new ‘life’ and new blogging experience.

To get update for you guys, there are some major changes to my life again. I have been two minds about photokaki’s future out there and what I can do.

Married man have responsible for the family so do i, I understand my late father’s responsibility to raise a family. No easy way indeed.
